Join Us Next Thursday – Art for Charity

Our friends at Michael Mitchell Gallery are hosting their second annual Art for Charity event this summer. Art for Charity features various mediums of original work from more than 30 regional artists with proceeds from sold artwork benefiting six local non-profit organizations.

Guess what?! We’re one of those charities! On June 16th (next Thursday), Charleston Waterkeeper will be hosting our very own Art for Charity event.  All funds raised at the door (a suggested $10 donation to attend) will benefit our operations, while 12% of funds raised through the sale of artwork will also be donated to Charleston Waterkeeper.

So, whether you stop in before heading to dinner or you make an evening out of it, we would love to have you there!  The event starts at 5:30 at 438 King Street (Michael Mitchell Gallery) and will go until the music stops.

Wine will be provided by Ice Box, food by Home Team BBQ, and tunes by Spaced Invaders.  We look forward to seeing you there!
